We congratulated Karen Terrens for winning best in show in Sydney in June 2015 now we can actually vote for her to win the Victorian Craft Award. Her Sanderson’s Apprentice Quilt (made using Oakshott fabrics) is a finalist in this wide-ranging event: it had 116 finalists out of 450 entrants; is exhibiting in four venues across Melbourne, Australia; covers all crafts from jewellery to ceramics, fabric to glass.
Read all about her work on victoriancraftaward.org.au/karen-terrens/ and vote for her in the People’s Choice (once you have checked out the other entrants, of course!) and be in for winning some craft vouchers.
Don’t you just love the world wide web; such beautiful things to see without moving an inch.
